By hiring services from Solution Clean Factory, you (“the Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services Offered

We provide professional cleaning and disinfection services for residential homes, commercial offices, events, move-in/move-out, and industrial facilities across the United States. Our disinfection processes comply with OSHA and EPA standards.

2. Service Conditions

• The Client must provide timely access to the location as scheduled.
• Unsafe or unsanitary conditions may lead to rescheduling or refusal of service.
• We are not liable for lost or damaged valuables not secured prior to our arrival.
• All cleaning products used are EPA-registered and safe for standard use.

3. Disinfection Services

Our disinfection treatments target viruses and bacteria using approved solutions. While we follow industry standards, we do not guarantee 100% pathogen elimination. Clients must observe recommended re-entry times after treatment.

4. Payments and Fees

• Payment terms will be confirmed during booking (before or after service).
• Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of 25% of the scheduled rate.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or equipment failure due to age or poor installation. Concerns about service quality must be reported within 24 hours of completion.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. In emergencies or bad weather, we may reschedule without penalty. All changes are subject to team availability.

7. Privacy Policy

All client data is confidential and used only for operational purposes. We do not share personal information unless legally required.

8. Changes to Terms

Solution Clean Factory may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], United States. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
